Geometric

Squares, diamonds, circles, triangles and straight lines make up some of the most durable designs in glass. Simple diamond quarries filled medieval and Tudor windows, while geometric patterns in coloured glass became a signature of the Arts and Crafts movement, Art Deco and the American Prairie School. They are especially at home in leaded lights, where the lead lines themselves become part of the pattern. The photographs below show geometric designs in doors, windows and panels.
